Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. I also do not claim that you will never use your eyebrow products again, because it is unrealistic to tell anyone that. I myself have had my brows tattooed, and from time to time I do use a eyebrow pencil to enhance when needed. Permanent makeup will definitely simplify your beauty routine everyday. On days where you do decide to put product on them, you at least have a PERFECT shape to follow, and will never have to worry about them being uneven. I have 0 control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, MANY factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal and retain pigment uniquely. Please refer to Q&A section to see if the services I offer may be beneficial to you.

A request is made to PLEASE arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork.

I always use a numbing agent on open skin, once a pass on the brows has been made, so the numbing gel is effective. A dramatic difference in pain will be felt once I use this gel. It is a form of tattooing, and the pain is minimal and tolerable, but definitely worth any amount of discomfort you might feel. Once I use the numbing gel, its smooth sailing, and you wont feel as much once we get to that point. If you are concerned about the first pass and NOT being numb for it , YOU MUST purchase a lidocaine cream and ARRIVE to the appointment ALREADY NUMBED. This not only is because of time, but also state regulations. I'm happy to recommend a numbing cream to purchase online that's actually stronger than what I'm allowed to use. Please plan accordingly, and have your brows already numbing as you're on your way into my studio to smooth out the process, otherwise, you will have to get through first pass without it. I PROMISE, you're in the best of hands, and BEAUTY IS PAIN, RIGHT?

I require a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A $150 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for any and all first time clients to hold your appointment, and the remaining balance will be paid in full at first session, which includes the follow up session. If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded, and to reschedule, an additional $150 deposit must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Please understand if you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and additional appointments will not be booked until the $150 deposit and rescheduling fee, is paid. I am booked back to back all day, and unfortunately my schedule does not allow me to take clients much later than scheduled time, especially first time clients. Please be courteous and respectful of my time, and my fellow clients.

Pricing is subject to change at any time.

***I do not offer touch up pricing for work that is not originally done by me. If you have previous permanent makeup, a consult is required, or well lit pictures of your natural brows, to see if I'm able to take you as a client or not. I have complete discretion and control over who I will and will not treat because of these factors.

You will receive your second appointment free of charge. Your first and second appointments are included in the initial price. Additional appointments will be charged according to my current pricing. This can be scheduled no sooner than 6-8 weeks following your first session, and no later than 16 weeks. If you reschedule your follow up, and its past the 16 week period, you WILL be charged current touch up pricing. At that point, organic fading has taken place, and it will no longer be considered a follow up session. Additional charges will apply if you reschedule your required touch up date 16 weeks after your initial procedure, as it will require more work. The followup appointment is REQUIRED for optimal results, as it is included in the package price for 6-8 weeks after, NOT at your convenience. The touch up appointment is always scheduled with the first session, and I book out months in advance. Please plan accordingly, and do your best to keep both appointments as scheduled, so we don't run into this.

***If you have had your brows done by me, and happen to go elsewhere for another technique, or a "touch up" by another artist, I will then be forced to discontinue offering my services to you. Sorry, this is my  personal policy, and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. I can tell by looking at your brows if you went elsewhere between seeing me. 8)
