Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. I do not claim that you will never use your eyebrow products again, because it is unrealistic to tell anyone that. I myself have had my brows tattooed, and from time to time I do use a eyebrow pencil to enhance when needed. Permanent makeup will definitely simplify your beauty routine everyday. On days where you do decide to put product on them, you at least have a PERFECT shape to follow, and will never have to worry about them being uneven. I have 0 control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, MANY factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal and retain pigment uniquely. Please refer to Q&A section to see if the services I offer may be beneficial to you.
A request is made to PLEASE arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for paperwork and numbing.
I require a 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. A $150 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all first time clients to hold your appointment, and the remaining balance will be paid in full at first session, which includes the follow up session. If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded, and to reschedule, an additional $150 deposit must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Please understand if you are 15 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and additional appointments will not be booked until the $150 deposit and rescheduling fee, is paid. I'm booked back to back all day, and unfortunately my schedule does not allow me to take clients much later than scheduled time, especially first time clients. Please be courteous and respectful of my time, and my fellow clients.

I do not offer touch up pricing for work that is not originally done by me. If you have previous permanent makeup, a consult or approval by me before booking is required before to see if I'm able to work over what's been previously done. I have complete discretion over who I can and will treat because of these factors.
You will receive your second appointment free of charge. Your first and second appointments are included in the initial price. Additional appointments will be charged according to my current pricing. This can be scheduled no sooner than 2-6 months following your first session, depending on your skin type and this is COMPLETELY up to the experts discretion. If you reschedule your follow up, and its past the 6 month period, you WILL be charged current touch up pricing. At that point, organic fading has taken place, and it will no longer be considered a follow up session. The follow-up appointment is recommended and required for optimal results, as it is included in the package price for 2-4 months after your first session. Please plan accordingly, and do your best to keep both appointments as scheduled, so you don't have to wait longer to get in.
If I have worked on the treated area, and another artist works on the same area after I have, I will not be able to treat that same area moving forward. No exceptions. 8]
