Happy almost-Spring, everyone! 💐 Somehow, we went from a January that felt like time was moving in uber-slow motion, to a February that lasted a span of 7 whole seconds… which I guess evens out in a way? Either way, March is here whether we’re ready or not - and I know I’M ready for warmer weather.


In fact, I was so ready for a warmer climate that I couldn’t wait; last weekend I took a much-needed Girl’s Trip to Miami! To say that trip was needed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. If you’ve been keeping up with the blogs, you know in February I officially launched the PICOSure Pro Laser here at The Brow Project! We celebrated her arrival with XO, PICO: A party I hosted at my studio that was genuinely so much fun. All of my favorite people came out to celebrate this new + exciting era for TBP. But damn, y’all… party planning on top of coordinating the addition of PICO & its services was… kind of a lot? Like a LOT. Needless to say, February was dually deeply rewarding and deeply exhausting, and a Girl’s Trip to Miami was just what the doctor (me) ordered.

But you know I can’t stay stagnant forever. I had my reset weekend - and baby, we’re so back. I’ll be in ~the lab~ later in the month 🧪 testing out another potential new addition to our service lineup. Oh, already?! I guess constant growth & evolution is just what we do here, what can I say. What I can’t say, though, is any concrete details - that’s gonna stay a mystery for now (I know, such a tease right?) I’ll leave you with this - PICO Pro Glow is about to have a new bestie. And that’s all I can say for now 🤫

FAVORITE BEAUTY PRODUCT

  • Mary Ruth Liposomal Liquid Multivitamin | If you follow me on IG (@thebrowproject_ , shameless plug ) you already know how much I swear by this shit. It has helped my hair growth tremendously, and I really can’t recommend it enough.


FAVORITE TREATMENT

  • NAD | While I haven't been taking this for more than 2 months - I've already seen noticeable changes in my energy levels & inflammation. A lot of the effects of this injectable supplement have to do with age prevention and won't give quick, obvious results - but I'm excited to continue to take this and report back with any other benefits I've noticed!


FAVORITE SONG

  • 4 AM - Kaskade | Still on Cloud 9 from seeing ZADDY aka KING KASKADE at the We Belong Here music festival in MIA! It totally brings me back to my GoGo days 🥹


FAVORITE MISCELLANEOUS ITEM

  • Skinny Confidential Mouth Tape | I'm being so serious when I tell you my quality of sleep has drastically improved with these. I didn't realize how much I was breathing through my mouth while asleep, nor did I realize how that was impacting the quality of sleep I was getting. Enter: Mouth Tape. I'm sleeping better and longer, I wake up more well-rested - and yes, it does snatch your jawline juuust a bit over time.
