Business Policies

At The Brow Project, our policies are designed to protect your time, our team’s schedule, and the high level of care we’re known for. Please review the details below before booking so we can ensure the smoothest experience possible.

Company Policies

Healed results from permanent makeup will vary by individual, and some clients may still require pencil or powder makeup to enhance their look. We do not claim that you’ll never need makeup again, as this is unrealistic. While we aim for the best possible healed results, external factors beyond our control can affect healing, so no guarantees can or will be provided. Additional sessions, which may incur extra charges, could be needed for optimal results.

Permanent makeup simplifies your daily routine by providing a more harmonious and balanced everyday template, especially when you decide to apply topical makeup to enhance your cosmetic tattoos. We want each client to leave feeling confident, but we must acknowledge that every person’s healing process is unique, and retention of pigment will vary depending on many factors.

If you have previous permanent makeup, please email/text us at booking@thebrowproject.com or 945-221-6806 with clear photos of your existing permanent to see if you're a candidate for our services, or if you require laser tattoo removal to move forward. A consultation is strongly recommended for all permanent makeup laser removal.

Please note that we maintain a strict no refunds policy for all services, deposits, prepaid/expired packages and retail products.

It is essential that all clients arrive 20-30 minutes before their appointment to complete first time client paperwork and service preparation including numbing, medical clearance, consultation etc. If returning clients wish to have a more comfortable experience, we ask you also arrive 20-30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time to start numbing.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that results for all treatments including permanent cosmetics, laser tattoo removal, brow tattoo removal, procell therapy, glo-2 facials, and any and all medical or aesthetic treatments cannot be guaranteed and that additional sessions may be required to achieve your desired outcome depending on the canvas.

Health, lifestyle, skin type, age, body chemistry, sun exposure and other factors play a huge role in healing, results and desired outcomes. We strive to deliver the best results for all our clients, but realistic expectations, and pre/post care and client compliance is crucial. It is a collaborative effort.

All medical treatments including all laser, microneedling, glo 2 oxygen facials, radio frequency, peels and derma-planning require a YEARLY mandatory patient medical clearance through "Spa Kinect" before your first treatment to ensure you're in good standing to receive treatment. This good faith evaluation expires 12 months after your last, and all clients must be up to date on medical clearance to receive ongoing treatments.

We reserve the right to decline or refuse services to any individual at our discretion and at any time.

Consultations, Personalized Aesthetic Consultations, Treatment Planning and Quotes

At The Brow Project, every consultation is designed to evaluate your skin, pigment history, and aesthetic goals before recommending any treatment. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all services — precision, safety, and strategy come first.

Whether you’re considering permanent makeup for the first time, correcting or removing prior pmu work, or exploring advanced laser skin rejuvenation treatments or laser tattoo removal, your consultation allows us to create a customized, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Informed decisions lead to better outcomes — and that starts here.

All consultations, customized treatment plans, and pricing quotes are conducted by Nicole or Ross. Consultations are available in-studio or virtually via FaceTime. Due to the complexity of skin treatments and body tattoo removal, in-person consultations are strongly advised to allow for proper assessment and optimal treatment planning.

Consultations are complimentary, by appointment only, and are limited to 15–20 minutes.

Cancellations

Thank you for respecting your scheduled appointment time and our artists’ expertise. For services requiring numbing — including permanent makeup, microneedling, laser facials, and brow or body tattoo removal — we kindly ask that you arrive 20–30 minutes early to ensure your treatment begins on time.

To maintain a seamless, high-level experience for every client, we observe a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a future booking. Deposits are non-refundable and remain on your client profile for future use.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes later than scheduled appointment time may require rescheduling. If the treatment cannot be performed due to late arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. To retain the deposit under these circumstances, payment in full for the booked service or package is required at the time of rebooking.

For clients with prepaid laser/skin packages, a $100 rescheduling fee applies to any changes made within the 48-hour window.

Your understanding allows us to deliver the elevated, unrushed, results-driven experience The Brow Project is known for.
