At The Brow Project, our policies are designed to protect your time, our team’s schedule, and the high level of care we’re known for. Please review the details below before booking so we can ensure the smoothest experience possible.

Company Policies

Healed results from permanent makeup will vary by individual, and some clients may still require pencil or powder makeup to enhance their look. We do not claim that you’ll never need makeup again, as this is unrealistic. While we aim for the best possible healed results, external factors beyond our control can affect healing, so no guarantees are provided. Additional sessions, which may incur extra charges, could be needed for optimal results.


Permanent makeup simplifies your daily routine by providing a more harmonious nd balanced everyday template, especially when you decide to apply topical makeup to enhance your cosmetic tattoos. We want each client to leave feeling confident, but we must acknowledge that every person’s healing process is unique, and retention of pigment will vary depending on many factors.


Please note that we maintain a strict no refunds policy for all services, deposits, prepaid packages and retail products sold.


It is essential that all clients arrive 20-30 minutes before their appointment to complete first time client paperwork and service preparation including numbing, medical clearance, consultation etc.


By booking with us, you acknowledge that results for all treatments including permanent cosmetics, laser tattoo removal, micro-channeling, Glo-2 Facials, and any and all medical or aesthetic treatments cannot be guaranteed and that additional sessions may be required to achieve your desired outcome.

Health, lifestyle, skin type, age, body chemistry and other factors play a huge role in healing and desired outcomes. Along with your baseline and desired outcome. We strive to deliver the best results for all our clients, but realistic expectations, and pre/post care and client compliance is crucial.


All medical treatments including all laser, skin needling, oxygen facials, radio frequency, peels and derma-planning require patient medical clearence before your first treatment to ensure you're in good standing to receive treatment.


Every patient will receive a brief tele-health meeting with a N.P or P.A. via "Spa Kinect", which will be set up upon booking on our side. We charge a mandatory $25 medical clearance fee in studio after your clearance. With this medical clearance, it's good for 12 months, and patients must be medical

reevaluated every year repay the $25 clearance fee while receiving any of the above medical treatments at The Brow Project. Our practice is overseen by our Medical Director and he has full discretion on who we can or cannot service due to medical reasons, certain medications etc.

We reserve the right to decline or refuse services to any individual at our discretion and at any time.

Consultations

We offer free in person and virtual consultations to offer flexibility and convenience for all our future and existing clients. Consultations are available for permament makeup, laser tattoo removal for the body/cosmetic, laser skin rejuvenation, micro-channeling, and even skincare. We proudly carry a curated selection of Nicole's scientifically backed medical grade skincare including Obagi Medical, Neova, IS Clinical, and Korean Beauty skincare and makeup MUST HAVES. Virtual consults are ideal for out of town clients, but we do highly recommend in person consultations if available especially for laser body tattoo removal and skin rejuvenation so we can assess the area, build a treatment plan, and quote. All quotes given via a consultation are valid for up to 90 days post consultation, and an additional consult might be required to schedule a treatment.

Cancellations

We appreciate your commitment to your scheduled appointments and kindly request arriving 15-20+ minutes early, particularly for services that require numbing, such as permanent makeup, microneedling, and tattoo removal. For more sensitive clients, we strongly recommend you arrive 30-45 minutes before to start your numbing process to keep you more comfortable throughout your service. If you're receiving a service for the first time, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for paperwork and medical clearance if not already cleared for your medical treatments before your first appointment for any laser, microneedling, RF, and Glo 2 Facials.


To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we strictly enforce a 48-hour cancellation and rebooking policy. If pre care/post care is/cannot followed for your scheduled treatment and we need to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and an additional deposit is required to reschedule. There are strict pre care instructions for all medical treatments, especially LASER.



You can find all our pre and post care instructions for all services on our website, and we're just a call, text or email away if you need any clarifications or have any questions Automated notifications are provided through our booking system Vagaro, 72, 48 and 24 hours in advance. If you have your settings for appointment notifications turned off, and fail to see the appointment reminder, the policy is still enforced.


Cancellations made within this 48 hour timeframe will forfeit their deposit, and a payment in full for the desired service or package will be required, as we value the time allocated for each appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes later than the scheduled appointment time may necessitate rescheduling, and any deposit paid will be forfeited if the service provider doesn't have the schedule flexibility to service a client who is late, our policy can and will be enforced. This is particularly important for first time clients.


If your service provider can still see you, and the treatment area is typically numbed beforehand, a pre numbing will need to be skipped if necessary as its not mandatory and all services can be completed without numbing, it will just make the experience a tad "spicier" for you. For clients utilizing prepaid packages and/or memberships, a $100 rescheduling fee will be applied for cancellations made within the 48-hour window before we can reschedule you. Your understanding and cooperation are essential for us to maintain exceptional service, client experience, and results for our valued clients.


We do understand that life happens, but it's crucial that we hold everyone equally accountable for their scheduled appointments and have boundaries and policies in place to function.
