May, May May… May I take a sec to recap what’s been a jam-packed month for me? From conferences in New York to 36th birthday celebrations in Miami, I’ve been here there & everywhere this past month! Without further ado - let’s dive right on into the month’s recap, shall we?

I have to start with my trip to New York City. I traveled there in the early part of May to attend the Biotek training workshop! I will never shut up about the quality & superiority of Biotek & their pigments - so much so that head of Biotek Francesca asked me to yap about them some more IRL! It was an honor to serve as a mentor and lead at this educational session. One of the only things I love more than being a PMU artist myself, is seeing newcomers to the PMU space that are hungry to learn more about the industry and its ever-evolving techniques. If you know me, you know we don’t do stagnant over here!
There is so much to be taken away from their educational sessions so if you’re a PMU or aspiring PMU artist that wants to elevate their craft, take the opportunity to attend a Biotek Masterclass if you have the chance!

One of the main reasons I love May is that it’s both my birthday month and my partner Ross and I’s anniversary 🥹
We celebrated 11 years together, making the most of our time in NYC by celebrating right there in the Big Apple. New York was the perfect balance of work & time away to celebrate.
And as of writing this I can officially say I’m 36 years young! Of course I celebrated the day-of (May 25th if anyone was wondering or, you know, wants to add it to the calendar for next year 🤭 ) but the festivities really commenced that weekend in Miami! I got to ring in 36 with, who else, my bestie Marie of Beauty Glam Studio in Boca Raton.
We laughed, we partied (It’s Miami, so DUH), we danced… It was the girl’s weekend I SO needed, and was truly the best way to cap off both an incredible birthday weekend AND a fantastic month.

Favorite Products:
Saie Supersuede Baked Powder Blush in the shade Bella | The most gorgeous pale pink shade in a truly delectable formula! Gorgeous to diffuse on the cheeks, and this light shade is so stunning.
Neova Sunscreen | I’m putting my favorite here - but truly any sunscreen is better than no sunscreen. June is here, the UV index is higher, and your sun exposure naturally will be much higher. If you know me, you know I basically don’t shut up about wearing your SPF on a daily, year-round basis… however in the summer months it’s PA 👏 RA 👏 MOUNT 👏 . Haven’t found one you like? Keep looking! We are living in the golden age of skincare, and thus sunscreen options are vast, expansive & curated to a myriad of skin concerns & needs. I can basically promise you there’s a SPF out there for you - and if you need guidance, PLEASE reach out to me. I would be more than happy to help you protect your skin this summer!!

John Summit | Sooooo was John my favorite artist last month? Yes. Am I adding him again because earlier this month he announced his arena tour that’s coming to Dallas? 1000%.
